Centrometal steel hot water boilers CentroPlus and CentroPlus-B with nominal heat output of 25, 35 and 49 kW have two separate combustion chambers in common boiler water. The left firebox is used for burning solid or liquid fuel, and the right one for burning pellets or liquid fuel. The possibility of combining burning with solid fuel and automatically turning on the oil or pellet burner at the moment when solid fuel does not meet the need for heat makes this boiler particularly interesting.
CHARACTERISTICS OF BOILERS CentroPlus and CentroPlus-B:
- Hot water boiler intended for burning with solid fuel, solid and liquid fuel, with solid fuel and pellets or liquid fuel and pellets
- Possibility of alternating use of both fireplaces.
- Only one flue connection.
- Possibility of installation of thermal protection on openings prepared for this purpose.
- A separate body of the boiler, a separate formwork with thermal insulation and a separate oil or pellet set are delivered, which enables easy transport and installation and reduces the risk of damage.
- A special feature is exceptional thermal and sound insulation.
- The boiler CentroPlus-B (25, 35 and 49 kW) has a built-in stainless steel hot water boiler that does not require a special circulation pump, which would otherwise be needed if the boiler was located outside the boiler.
- The boiler was tested and certified according to the European standard EN 303-5 and EN 304 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding in Zagreb and manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Firebox for solid fuel / liquid fuel: An appropriately sized firebox and the routing of combustion gases in three passages ensure a high degree of utilization of the boiler, which makes it "economical".
The large door and firebox of the boiler allow burning with coarse solid fuel and easy cleaning and maintenance.
Firebox for liquid fuel / pellets: An appropriately sized firebox with turbulators ensures a high degree of utilization of the boiler, which makes it "economical".
A large water content in the boiler reduces the number of starts and extends the life of the burner and saves energy.
The boiler door is prepared for the installation of a pellet/oil burner.
Thermal protection of the boiler:
Croatian HR and European EN standards prescribe the need to install thermal protection of plants in closed central heating systems.
The boiler is prepared for the installation of thermal protection: a thermal valve and a heat exchanger (which is already installed at the factory in 25-35kW boilers. 2 thermal valves and 2 heat exchangers are installed on a 50kW boiler.
If damage occurs to a boiler installed on a closed heating system that is related to its overheating, and the boiler or the system does not have thermal protection at all or does not have properly installed thermal protection, the warranty is not recognized.
