Termination of the purchase contract
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the Purchase Agreement were handed over to the Customer.
In case of termination of the Purchase Agreement, the Customer is obliged to:
- fill in and submit the form for unilateral termination of the purchase contract (further below)
- at his own expense (in person or through a delivery service), deliver the products he wants to return to the address: Termometal d.o.o., Industrijska ulica 3, 43280 Garešnica (Croatia), with the indication: "Product return"
It is not possible to make a refund or request the termination of the purchase contract:
- for products made according to the Customer's specification, (e.g. stoves and radiators in color specified by the customer; pipes, cables, and ropes cut to the length specified by the customer, etc.)
- for the performed (consumed) services (such as the requested service of the performed product service, the costs of the completed transportation/delivery of the product, etc.)
Liability for impairment:
- the consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
- in order to avoid situations of reduction in value, i.e. the inability to return the product, please ensure that the products you are returning are:
- packed in the original, undamaged packaging with complete original accompanying documentation (user manual, warranty card, etc.)
- without signs of usage and generally in "new product" condition in which they can be returned to regular sale
- additionally protected and packed in case of sending the product by delivery service
